Scrambled eggs with spinach


How to prepare scrambled eggs so they don't taste the same every day? Today, we have prepared an easy upgrade that will turn an ordinary meal into a luxurious breakfast treat, and that's just by adding two extra ingredients. In our case it was spinach and parmesan.

We will need

    • pastry (optional)
    • fresh vegetables
    • ground black pepper to taste
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    • 10 g of parmesan
    • 2 large handfuls of baby spinach
    • 3 eggs


    Heat oil in a pan and sauté baby spinach for 2-3 minutes. Then we add the eggs, which we have beaten and mixed in the meantime. Cook them over a low flame, stirring constantly, until they thicken. At the end, salt and pepper them, add grated Parmesan and mix everything thoroughly. When we are done, we can serve right away.

    Fresh vegetables and pastries go well with scrambled eggs. However, you can also serve them, for example, in a tortilla and create a great breakfast wrap.
