What is ADI-PEX® ?
ADI-PEX ® is a dietary supplement from the ULTIMA.LAB ® brand, which is sold in two variants — 150 MAGIC-BLUE and 75 SOFT-PINK . The number in the name indicates the weight of the active mixture in one capsule. The package contains 30 capsules, the recommended dose is one per day.
Both variants are based on the same seven active ingredients: L-carnitine, caffeine anhydrous, green tea extract, chromium picolinate, black pepper extract, paprika extract and niacin. The stronger variant 150 MAGIC-BLUE also has synephrine and tribulus terrestris.
ADI-PEX ® is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Do not confuse it with a similar-sounding prescription drug. Dietary supplements are legally considered foods — they cannot claim medicinal effects and are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or exercise. We explain this in detail .

Of the above substances, chromium and niacin have an approved health claim in the European Union: chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels , niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion . How to use ADI- PEX®
One capsule a day, after breakfast, with water. Nothing more complicated.
One capsule daily
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This applies equally to both variants.
Morning until noon
The capsule contains caffeine with a half-life of about five hours — it would prevent you from falling asleep in the evening.
With food, not on an empty stomach
A light breakfast is sufficient. On an empty stomach, the combination of caffeine and extracts can irritate the stomach.
30 days, then a break
The package lasts for a month. The body builds up a tolerance to caffeine, so taking a break makes sense.

Which option should I choose if I am trying ADI-PEX ® for the first time?
75 SOFT-PINK. It is softer and you can see how the composition affects you. You can switch to a stronger version at any time later.
Will I lose weight if I take ADI-PEX ® ?
By itself, no. No legally sold nutritional supplement reduces body weight without a calorie deficit and exercise. ADI-PEX ® is a supplement to a modified diet and regimen, not a replacement for them.
Can I drink coffee with ADI-PEX ® ?
Yes, but watch your total caffeine intake. The European Food Safety Authority considers a daily intake of up to 400 mg of caffeine for a healthy adult, and up to 200 mg at a time, to be safe. This includes coffee, tea, colas, and energy drinks.
Who should not use ADI-PEX ® ?
Children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Caution is advised in cases of high blood pressure, heart, thyroid, kidney or liver disease, anxiety, and when taking prescription medications. In these cases, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
