How to take ADI-PEX®

The recommended dose is one capsule per day, preferably after breakfast or a light meal, with sufficient water. This applies equally to ADI-PEX® 150 MAGIC-BLUE and 75 SOFT-PINK. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

When during the day

Morning to noon. ADI-PEX® contains anhydrous caffeine, which has a half-life of approximately 5 hours in adults — meaning that five hours after taking it, the body still has half the dose. So a capsule taken at six in the evening may still prevent you from falling asleep at eleven.

If you train, it makes sense to take the capsule 30–45 minutes before exercise. If you don't train, stick to a morning routine — a regular time is better remembered by both your body and mind than "when I remember".

With food or on an empty stomach

With food. The capsule taken on an empty stomach may cause nausea or heartburn in sensitive people — this is due to the combination of caffeine and herbal extracts. A light breakfast is sufficient.

How long to take ADI-PEX®

One package contains 30 capsules, which at a dose of one capsule per day is enough for 30 days. After such a cycle, we recommend taking a break and evaluating whether the product suits you. Continuous use of stimulants without breaks is not a good idea — the body builds up a tolerance to caffeine and the effect weakens.

What if you forget a dose?

If you remember to take a capsule in the morning, take it. If it is in the afternoon or evening, skip it and continue the next day. Do not take two capsules at once to make up for a missed dose.

What not to combine with ADI-PEX®

  • Other sources of caffeine. The European Food Safety Authority considers a daily intake of up to 400 mg of caffeine to be safe for a healthy adult. This includes coffee, tea, colas, energy drinks and pre-workout supplements.

  • Other burners or stimulants. The effects are additive, so are the risks.

  • Alcohol in larger quantities. The combination of stimulants and alcohol distorts the perception of one's own condition.

When not to use ADI-PEX®

The product is not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have high blood pressure, heart, thyroid, kidney or liver disease, are taking prescription medications (especially antidepressants, blood pressure or thyroid medications), or have anxiety conditions, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Storage

Store in a dry, tightly closed container at temperatures up to 25°C and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

What to expect from the product

ADI-PEX® is a supplement, not a substitute for diet and exercise. Without a calorie deficit, no nutritional supplement will reduce body weight. If you are looking for a product that will work on its own, ADI-PEX® is not it — and neither is any other legally sold supplement.
