Shipping and payment

On this page you will find how much shipping and payment costs when ordering on this website, how long it takes for delivery and what to do if you want to return the goods or make a complaint. Transportation

• We ship orders on business days. You can see the current delivery estimate next to the product and in the cart before completing your order.

• The shipping cost will be added to your order based on the carrier and delivery country you select in your cart.

• When receiving the package, check whether the packaging is damaged. If it is, file a report of the damage with the carrier, or refuse to accept the package.

• If you do not pick up the shipment and it must be delivered repeatedly or in another way, you will pay the costs of the repeated delivery.

Payment

• With cash on delivery, you pay the purchase price upon receipt of the shipment.

• When paying by bank transfer, please indicate the order number as the variable symbol. The purchase price is payable within 14 days of concluding the purchase contract; payment details can be found in the order confirmation.

• All prices are inclusive of VAT. We will send you an invoice by email.

Return of goods

• You may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Simply notify us by email or in writing to the seller's address, using the sample form from the terms and conditions.

• Return the goods to us no later than 14 days after withdrawal. You will pay the costs of returning the goods.

• We will refund your money within 14 days of withdrawal using the same method you used to pay. We can wait until we receive the goods or until you provide proof that you sent them.

• For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return goods in sealed packaging that have been opened after delivery.

Complaint

The statutory period for exercising rights from defective performance applies to goods 24 months from receipt. You can make a complaint by e-mail or at the seller's address, you can find contacts on the Contact page. If you are not satisfied with the equipment, you can contact the supervisory authority (in Slovakia, the Slovak Trade Inspection) or use the European online dispute resolution platform.
