How many ADI-PEX® capsules per day?
One capsule per day, preferably after breakfast or a light meal, with plenty of water. This applies to both variants. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
When to take ADI-PEX® during the day?
Morning to noon. The product contains anhydrous caffeine, which has a half-life of approximately five hours — a capsule taken in the evening may prevent you from falling asleep. If you are training, it makes sense to take it 30–45 minutes before exercise.
What is the difference between 150 MAGIC-BLUE and 75 SOFT-PINK?
Two. The first is the concentration — 150 mg versus 75 mg of the active ingredient in a capsule. The second is the composition: the 150 variant additionally contains synephrine and tribulus terrestris, the other ingredients are the same in both. Which option should I choose if I am trying ADI-PEX® for the first time?
75 SOFT-PINK. It is softer and you can see how the composition affects you. You can switch to a stronger version at any time later.
Is ADI-PEX® suitable for both women and men?
Yes, both variants. The blue and pink packaging colors are a design, not a gender recommendation. It depends on your tolerance for stimulants and the intensity of your regimen.
Can I drink coffee with ADI-PEX®?
Yes, but watch your total caffeine intake. The European Food Safety Authority considers a daily intake of up to 400 mg of caffeine for a healthy adult, and up to 200 mg at a time, to be safe. This includes coffee, tea, colas, energy drinks, and supplements.
How long does it take for ADI-PEX® to take effect?
The stimulant effect of caffeine usually kicks in within 30–60 minutes of consumption. Anything related to body weight, but not dependent on the supplement — depends on caloric deficit and exercise, and will manifest itself over a period of weeks.
Will I lose weight if I take ADI-PEX®?
By itself, no. No legally sold nutritional supplement reduces body weight without a calorie deficit and exercise. ADI-PEX® is a supplement to a modified diet and regimen, not a replacement for them.
How long can I take ADI-PEX®?
The package contains 30 capsules, which is a 30-day cycle. After that, we recommend taking a break. The body builds up a tolerance to caffeine, so continuous use without breaks weakens the effect.
Does ADI-PEX® have side effects?
The product contains stimulants, so sensitive individuals may experience jitteriness, heart palpitations, hand tremors, headache, or difficulty falling asleep — especially when taken later in the day or in combination with other caffeine. Taking on an empty stomach may cause nausea. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use.
Who should not use ADI-PEX®?
Children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Caution is advised if you have high blood pressure, heart, thyroid, kidney or liver disease, anxiety, or are taking prescription medications — especially antidepressants, blood pressure and thyroid medications. In these cases, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
Can I combine ADI-PEX® with other supplements?
With non-stimulant supplements (such as protein shakes, vitamins, minerals), yes. With other fat burners, pre-workouts, or caffeine supplements, no — the effects add up, and with them the risks.
Is ADI-PEX® a prescription drug?
No. ADI-PEX® from ULTIMA.LAB® is a dietary supplement , i.e. legally a food. It is not a medicine, does not require a prescription and may not claim therapeutic effects. We write more about this difference on the quality page .
What if I forget a dose?
If you remember in the morning, take it. If it's in the afternoon or evening, skip it and continue the next day. Do not take two capsules at once.
How to store the product?
Store in a dry, closed container at a temperature of up to 25°C, out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
